Psi Sigma Phi Mission, Vision and Core Values
Psi Sigma Phi was built around a conviction that a fraternity could open eyes rather than count heads. Three decades later, that purpose hasn't moved an inch.

Psi Sigma Phi Brotherhood

Every Phiman commits to these four pillars from day one. They shape how brothers show up on campus, in their communities, and in their careers.
Academics
Psi Sigma Phi exists, first and foremost, to ensure the academic success of college students in both undergraduate and graduate programs. A strong emphasis is placed on academic excellence, as manifested in our standards for prospective membership, active membership, and chapter leadership. We take accountability for our Knights' academic achievement.
Brotherhood
We are a proud young organization striving to make a significant impact on society and our surrounding communities. Our brotherhood is contingent on our commitment to education, multiculturalism, and service. That bond, built through hard work, sacrifice, and courage, is the foundation everything else rests on.
Leadership
Psi Sigma Phi's mission is to take a leadership role in communities through cultural awareness, academic achievement, and service. Phimen are leaders among their peers and in their communities. Being a Phiman comes with great accountability, and all brothers are expected to carry themselves with chivalry and respect at all times.
Service
Phimen dedicate themselves to the betterment of their communities through service. We do because we can. We give because there is a need. It is through the action of giving to others that Psi Sigma Phi remains true to its foundation, committed to society through public involvement and participation.

Psi Sigma Phi seeks those who agree with these beliefs, and who believe in themselves, to join in an effort to reach others who share the same passion and commitment. Phimen are tasked with the goal of educating and serving their community to break social fears and ignorance.
Psi Sigma Phi Multicultural Fraternity, Inc. is a service-oriented, social fraternity incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(7) organization, headquartered in New Jersey and active across the United States.
