Psi Sigma Phi Membership Requirements and Eligibility

Membership in Psi Sigma Phi is open to any collegiate undergraduate man who is ready to commit himself to something greater than himself.

Membership Eligibility

What we require of every Phiman.

Membership shall be open to all collegiate undergraduate men who believe and support the purpose of PSP. The following criteria apply to all candidates regardless of chapter or campus.

  • Enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university Membership is limited to undergraduate students in good standing at a fully accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 12 College Credits A.P. credits are not applicable toward this minimum.
  • 2.5 Minimum Cumulative GPA Academic standing reflects genuine engagement with your studies.
  • Attendance at Three Informational Meetings Plus any other mandatory meetings, including the SQUIRE Program.
  • Completion of the New Member Education Process Every brother who wears these letters has walked this path in full.
  • Qualifications at the Discretion of the National Board Final membership decisions rest with the National Executive Board / Executive Round Table of Knights.

Membership is open to all. Psi Sigma Phi absolutely does not discriminate against any person based on their race, color, creed, ethnicity, religious or political affiliation, sexual orientation, or physical ability. However, the governing body reserves the right to deny membership.
